By using Keisen (https://keisenapp.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Keisen is a web platform for agile project management that includes:

Smart Todo with collaborative Kanban board
Planning Poker / Estimation Room for collaborative estimation
Eisenhower Matrix for prioritization
Sprint and Backlog Management
Team Retrospectives

3. User Account

To use Keisen, you must create an account via Google Sign-In or email/password registration. When registering with email, you must verify your email address to activate your account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Not interfere with the operation of the service

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data entered into Keisen. You grant Keisen a limited license to store and process the data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

Keisen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court.
